“Mi Comunidad y Yo” “My Community and Me”

        Dear Ositos Parents:

I hope everybody had a great thanksgiving. The theme for this week is “The community helpers”. Our children will learn how important it is to have the community helpers. Also, they will be shown how to get involved as a helper with their local community.

Thank you for all your support on the Thanksgiving celebration. Hope you enjoy the performance.

    1)   Our student of the week is Liah Romano. We are so happy because we will know more about her.

1. We are excited about the preparations for our upcoming Christmas celebration on Thursday Dic/18 /2014 at 4:00 pm

Welcome Ms. Ester to our family! Ms. Ester is a new Assistant Teacher and she will be working in the Ositos Class. She will start working with us during this week. And Ms. Martha will be our floated teacher.

                                                     FRIENDLY REMINDER:

This week we will continue the process of  pre-reading the letter “Ss”  with the sound,  identification, and writing combined with the vowels to develop their Spanish vocabulary.  Also, please assist with writing skills of letters and numbers of the week with your osito at home to develop their fine motor skills.  

    Please parents return the homework book on FRIDAY. Thanks

We will have a parent/teacher meeting –conference. Please notify me of your desired time to discuss the progress of your Osito with date and time of day...Thank you!

        Dear Ositos Parents:

This week we will continue the theme “The family”. Family is really important and we all have different traditions. This week we will be learning a little from traditions that families have. I know the ositos will enjoy this week with all their family together and friends.

This Wednesday we will have our Thanksgiving Day lunch and would like the Ositos parents to join  us. We look forward to you bringing your favorite dish to share with the Ositos. Expect a great time with food, singing and giving thanks lunch.  I would like to the Ositos to dress in typical Pilgrim outfit white and black.    FRIENDLY REMINDER:

Last week Jillian Stevens turned 5 years old. Congratulation honey!

Ositos classroom is so happy to have 3 children to turn 4yrs old....Meg Lessard, Christian Robinson and Breseida Meyers. They are big kids now in the ositos classroom.
