🔠 What are we learning?

Dear Ositos Parents,


This week we will continue learning about Christmas celebration. Children will learn about the Christmas stories and Santa Claus. Ositos are really excited since for Friday we will have Santa’s visit.

We would like to invite your child to participate in the student of week activity. Please sign up your child in the list that is in the entrance of the classroom. Children who have participated enjoyed so much this activity.

🔠 What are we learning?

Dear Ositos Parents,


This week we will continue learning about Christmas celebration. Children will learn about the Christmas spirit, decorations, preparations for the family dinner, the Polar Express etc. Children will be decorating our classroom with ornaments created by the children, writing the letter to Santa and reading Christmas short stories.

We would like to invite your child to participate in the student of week activity. Please sign up your child in the list that is in the entrance of the classroom. Children who have participated enjoyed so much this activity.

As our Holiday’s Party is taking place on December 15th at 4:15 p.m., school will be closed at 2:30 p.m. that day to allow time to prepare final details for our holiday celebration. Children should be dropped at 4 p.m. since the big event will start at 4:15 p.m.

This week we will learn about our friend, The Winter and its characteristics. Children will also learn about what clothing to wear to protect ourselves from winter. We will also discuss about the animals that have adapted to their environment and survive cold conditions. We have scheduled learning activities related to this theme to continue strengthening gross and fine motor skills, language and socio, emotional skills.

This week we will learn about celebrations and traditions. We will discuss their significance and how they are celebrated. Children will also explore about culture diversity.
