“Cómo funcionan las cosas” “How things work”

                                                                                         

Dear Ositos Parents,

We hope everybody had a great week. We will have an exciting time as we provide many activities for the Ositos to encourage relationships with their classmates. Also we will continue to investigate how musical instruments work and to use recycled materials to construct our own instruments.

Song of the Week

The children in Ositos class enjoyed singing the song “Como funcionan las cosas”. Parents, please encourage your child to listen to this song at home too. It can be found on our Sff! CD.

Llego el cartero viene a traer

Una hermosa carta de mi tio Miguel

Las cartas llevan palabras

De amor y amistad, comunican muchas cosas

y te hacen sentir super especial.

ADIVINANZA:

En la cocina lo usan para mezclar

muchos alimentos y asi degustar

ricos jugos y cremas también

su ruido es muy fuerte rrrrrrrrrrrrrr

es hora de comer!

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES:

Last week Osito Willy enjoyed his first week with Jack’s family. This week he will pack his bags and move in with Harper’s family. We hope he enjoys his stay there.

This week our special activity will be for Valentine’s Day. We will would like everyone to provide small gifts for each student to share with their friends. Please come to school dressed in red this Friday.

Please help your Osito with letters and vocabulary words at home to reinforce their Spanish speaking skills.
