Blog Title: Summer Camp
Week: July 25th to July 29th, 2016
🔠What are we learning?
Dear Ositos Parents,
This week we will learn to be little creators. We will continue creating safe learning environments that offer the children the opportunity to explore nature and use their imagination. We have scheduled exciting learning activities that will allow us to continue strengthening motor, language and cognitive-sensory skills. One of the exciting activities for the week will be water play.
Thank you once again for all your support and for letting us play such an important role in your child’s life.
Best Regards,
Miss Emily
📄 Materials for Special Projects
- Bring a plastic animal for Monday project.
- Bring recycle material such as boxes, plastic bottles, etc.
- Bring swimsuit, splashers or swim diapers, towel, water shoes and a plastic bag for your child on Splash days.
🔆 Friendly Reminders
- Sunscreen and mosquito repellant are important to protect your child because he/she is very susceptible to sunburn/mosquito bites. Yet applying sunscreen and mosquito repellent to your child requires planning. If sunscreen and mosquito repellent must be applied to your child, make sure to fill out an administration or authorization form specifying when sunscreen and mosquito repellant should be applied and be sure to supply the sunscreen and mosquito repellant, label the bottles with your child's name and place them in a ziploc bag.
- Check your child’s cubby to remove dirty clothes and make sure to bring extra clothing suitable to weather.
